In the site contests, Honorable Mention, to me, is good. I will not congratulate the people who are perennial winners, those who win just by thinking about entering. Their profile pages are already filled to overflowing with flowery words of congratulations. They won't miss not hearing for me. Aren't I mean spirited? As I rarely win a contest, I have to agree with you that they're rigged. judi

Yep, your right. You may as well be a good sport about and rave over everything you see. As far as the contest, for sure the ones you don't have to pay to play are definitely. I don't know the right people to get them rigged in my favor.
