This is utterly heartbreaking news!
I very much can relate to the first stanza...which is the exact opposite of what Job's friends did. Yes, when something like this happens it feels senseless and completely overwhelming (even for friends).
And you are also right in the second stanza - no words can ease this pain (however good will and thoughts matter).
Your final conclusion is that faith can provide strength at these times.
May Yvonne and her family feel loved, supported and connected!

Oh my goodness, Helen, I will definitely send prayers and have my friends of my circles send prayers for Yvonne (damommy) and her family. A child is always a child no matter how old they may be and a mother is always a mother who cares and loves.

I am so sorry to hear this news. Life sure does not seem to be fair sometimes. Losing a child is the worst. This is a well written message to Yvonne.

I know. She's been through so much and she has had numerous surgeries but she never complains about her own discomforts. Appreciate your kind sympathy, Judy!

It is so painful for a parent to watch their child die.
I just don't know what to say beyond that except I will pray that God will comfort her and mend her broken heart and give her and her family the peace they deserve.
