I am so sorry! What a tragedy!
Your frustration comes through loud and clear. /I am sure other are suffering like you, but have no outlet.
Noticed one typo in the first line of the last paragraph. "you don't scary us" (scare)

Well, this is one way to get across the damage this virus is doing.
I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother. Sounds as if you very close. (Or is that fiction too?)
Dark humor in your personification of the virus:I wanted to have some fight; so I start attacking the healthy and full of life, too.
You over do the exclamation points. The anger is evident in the dialogue.
Aside from that, a powerful ending that I hope is true.

The story is true, she passed away yesterday morning.

From the virus?

No, we don't know. She died at home.

I'm so sad to hear about your grandmother. Grandmothers are God's gift to us and so special if we get to have a close relationship with them. Mine raised me until I was six so I feel for you in not being able to say goodbye in person. I couldn't either and it wasn't because of a virus...just the long distance between countries.
"This it's blasphemy!" (is)
" Yeah, sure pinned on me! " (pin it on me)
"I sprinkle some holly water on my body." (holy!)
" that I am an easy pray, " (prey)

Oh, man that holly:) again. I am so sorry about your grand mother, mine took care of my from when I was 3 months old until I was 6 year old and I have to go to school. Then I spent every summer vacation with both of them in that beautiful village forgotten by time.

We have a similar story! My grandmother raised me until I was six but then I left to join my parents in the US and met my father for the first time.
