This poem is very beautiful. I like how it's written by the lover, asking to share the burdens of the heart with their loved one. I also like the literary references in your piece to Arthurian Legends and Cyrano de Bergerac. Lancelot the romantic hero of Queen Guinevere. I hope to see more of your work sometime soon.
