A read full of action.

Here are a few things I picked up on@

[T]he chips implanted in his index fingers for use with certain devices. -- spag?

The lens hung in front of his right eye and became a screen for video unput. -- spag?

"We have another helicopter available, [S]ir," -- spag? It's a specific Sir (i.e. the Preseident), not the general noun, sir

    Thank you, Alex, for the close read and help. Actually though, the word 'sir' is only correctly capitalized in a letter, when part of the salutation, or as part of a person's title, like Sir Thomas. When used in dialogue, it has no more specific enhancement, as it is a word denoting respect which would be the same for the President or the mail carrier. This is according to Funk and Wagnalls Standard Encyclopedic Dictionary.
