Very good! That's the way to go. Find something you love to do and then just do it! No matter what, every day, any way you can. Write. It's what we're all here for after all.

my your 1-9-1 Poem writing prompt entry does have a lot to say, if one reads right of what you are saying- write even if you don't write is a perfect way to make one want to write so they can prove they know how to Write.

I am an undisciplined codger, and when I write when my heart's not in it, my brain takes subtle shortcuts and the result is appalling garbage...so I would restate your final line as "write and edit and edit and" excellent 1/9/1, in my opinion...

This would be a great refrigerator magnet ... you know, right at eye level :)
Love the black background to your poem, the color of your first two verses, and the red word 'write!'. I also like the slanting of the first two verses, as opposed to the third verse.
Your spacing and centering had eye appeal.
I liked how you repeated the word 'write'.
The 1-9-1 poem was exceptional. So much said in a mere 11 syllables.

Yes sometimes you put off writing. But you shouldn't because it is part of you. And if you don't write at the time of inspiration you might lose the idea for good.
