Minute poems are hard to write and make them flow as brilliantly as this one does, great rhymes and warm sentiments for spring, just perfect, love Dolly x

Though shared by all, I think spring really is hope-filled, especially as I get older. Or maybe we just have more time to notice the renewal and promise of ease of day. Such welcome colours in the spring. Thanks for a lovely poem.

I remember reading about Persephone back in middle school. It seemed so poetic then - at the cost of just three pomegranate seeds. Like the way you present the renewal of life that comes with spring.

HELLO MRS. KT: I like your poem here because it reminds me of a springtime song that my classmates and I used to sing when I was in fourth grade; on each and every springtime occasion. Here are the lyrics: "Welcome sweet springtime, we greet you in song. Murmurs of gladness falls on the air. Sunshine awakes all the flowers from sleep. Hail we the glad new year." That springtime melody was so much fun for my classmates, me, and our teacher too. I enjoy reading poems like yours, MRS. KT. Encore. Please write more. rhonnie69.

I like the title. It has a hopeful energy and flows well. I think it is a good minute poem contest entry. It is interesting to see an example of this form of poetry as I am not familiar with it.
