So cunning of the crafty crab to gain revenge for many marine friends. This is beautifully crafted and I did not find the repeat stilted at all as when read aloud it flows quite seamlessly. Well done and thank you very much for sharing it.

Thank you Mystic Angel. You are most encouraging.

Did I really create this form? I have no recollection of it whatsoever! Would you be good enough to give me the title of the poem in which the form was created and, if you can irs approximate date of posting. Was alliteration part of the original idea or is that something of your own devising?
The story, like most fables is fascinating. Yes I can see the crab clearly but the crane stretches my imagination somewhat. I imagine he is looking straight at me.

Thank you Pantygynt for this review and comments.
Actually, the crane is looking sideways and down.
Hmm, now your stretching me. I pulled this from my poem, Free Will, that I posted April 23, 2016. I'll look to see if there was an earlier one where I mentioned your poem.

Thank you.

I had to search through all my poems, but didn't find another Quinquerne. So, the info I gave you earlier is the best I've got

Oh, btw, the alliteration is just me.
