I just take a deep breath and write. It's kind of a drag being the poet sometimes, yes? Oh well, it's usually kind of cool though.

I'll probably read it and sing too I'm guessing. I get drug up before people A LOT. LOL At least they never hang me like I'm expecting.

Someone stuck an old cassette recorder out when I sang at another funeral. :)) Thus, the poor quality. I MUST figure out how to do some decent recording. BUT, I'm pleased you found this worthy and I thank you for your kind words and support.

My heart goes out to you on your loss. This piece is emotive. Excellent because for me it does all I want from good poetry. It was beautiful, clear, poignant. It made me think and feel. It introduced me to someone elses experiences in a way I could relate to. It gave me a glimpse into the beautiful soul of the author. It contained no spag. It is a piece I will remember.
