Sounds pretty good to me! Though personally I'd prefer red wine or port with my cheese. Champagne bubbles get up my nose and make me sneeze - an absolute disaster when one's mouth is full of cheese!

Hi tfawcus, I started with the red wine (my preference) but when I get together with some of my friends, they prefer champagne - especially when the cork pops! red wine / champagne / white wine - all 2 syllables, but the champagne won out today!
