Oh yes what a beautiful picture to portray what the festival, and parade look like when it happens in Michigan. Very nice job of telling this account with just a few words.

A short poem but yet it conveys much. You know there is a Tulip Festival in Holland, Michigan. It brings to mind lines and lines of gorgeous blooms. The photo ties in well with your poem. Very well written in just a few words

I know that city, Holland, Michigan, with the little windmills and Dutch theme! My dad lives in Grand Rapids and we pass through it on our way to visit him. I did not know about the tulip festival; it sounds beautiful and I can imagine the sweet smell fills the streets.
Excellent lune poem!

Put your tulips a little closer to the phone. Reminds me of the great Tulip bubble fiasco way back in 37...1637. People went right off their heads speculating on these fascinating flowers and pushed their price into the stratosphere. Then the whole house of cards came crashing down. Everyone lost their shirts. never been to Holland Mich, but after reading this fragrant loon, I just might plan my next vacation through Michigan. Good luck in the thing.

The wording is very well done, and the artwork fits the theme of the poem. The words in your poem are expressive. The flow is smooth. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Good luck in the contest.

I love these flowers but their life cycle here is too short. Much like the Pansy. Best wishes in the contest. Watch out for the cheaters with their texting.

I love a poem about tulips, my favorite flower. It brings back good memories of planting them with my grandmother. Is this picture from the festival you wrote the poem about, or is it a random picture of tulips? Either way, this poem painted a picture and conjured up a memory for me, in just 13 syllables. Great job.

This looks like a perfect Lune in 5/3/5 form. Gorgeous picture, appropriate for the poem. Holland is famous for its flower bulbs, tulips, daffodils, etc. Is there a Michigan in Holland? I've not heard of such. Good luck in the contest. Warm regards Dorothy
