Hi Missy
I absolutely love that song.
Compared to how I used to feel all the time when doctors were trying to "fix" me, I do feel like a room without a roof now. Lol
Their cure was to keep my levels too low.
I work best when I'm able to level myself out. Some days higher some days lower.
When I saw this artwork, it made me incredibly happy as well. I would have chosen it in a heartbeat. It's gorgeous.
I think you and I kind of like some of the same things.
This poem is wonderfully free and beautiful... Like you, like your artwork...

Here you explore a possible relationship in the imagination of the poem's voice. There is wonder in the mind of the writer. Using sensual imagery: air around me feels lighter, scents of nature, eyes closed; you embrace the feelings a reader can relate to and write of how affecting this person of yourself. The imagined love is expressed in the final staggered lines which complete the fantasy. That last line may or may not be how you want it. On my screen 'Two hearts' appear at the far right hand edge of the screen. Great to see you employing the sensual imagery and exploring the impact of line shape on delivering a message. My best advice here would be to avoid clichés like the plague (note the irony. LOL). ie. 'Two hearts beating as one'Perhaps: Two hearts beating in time???

I didn't put hearts in...sorry, I don't know where they came from. I don't see them on my screen.

Hi Missy,
inhaled a big-deep fresh breath, took the scent and essence in and allowed the result of a big half-moon smile it brought to my face glide me into a free and easy mood... and well, that feeling of lightness of the soul... so yeah... love your feel-good poem... and believe me, if I could, I would be, but can't dance physically at the moment, but in my mind, can't stop.
