This is a really good Senryu in perfect 5/7/5 form. Lines l and 2 interconnect perfectly and line 3 is a perfect satori. Usually senryu is based on human nature but I don't know that this is the rule. I love this and am intrigued by the picture. Surely this cannot be a real dog LOL. Love it. Appears someone has paid for the puppy to be a puppy. It is a dog-eat-dog world and the toughest dog rules the roost. Well written poem that should also be a good contest entry.

And every dime was worth it..never saw a dog on a pole before. Very cute. The poem keeps the rules of a senryu and is a very well done contest entry. The artwork compliments the poem and I found it enjoyable. Good luck! Kat
