I had never thought of the dust angle and identifying a thief. I thank you for giving me another good excuse to put off my dusting. 8-)

Oh How I love this litte ditty. Not only did the thief take it but she told on herself. Good luck keeping up with things like that if you live in dusty Oklahoma like I do! Great job, Shirley

I don't even try to keep up with it. Then again, maybe it's the reason for my allergies. Sigh...

This brought back bad memories for me. Ex husband wrote "dust me" on every piece of furniture with dust. Didn't matter that I had 5 kids all a year apart in age to care for. Your comparison to ID for thieves to be caught was excellent/

Some criminals just don't have what it takes to be a success. This is very clever and gave me a hearty laugh...I have learned to put my coffee down before reading your posts.

Thanks, sasha. As you can note I forget to dust. It is fun to write in it though.

Hi, Shari.
Thieves are not only dishonest, but sneaky. You've shown in this humourous poem, some lack intelligence to hide their identity.
Bye
Rosalyne :)

What a dunderhead! First, it's not too bright to steal in the first place, okay? But then, to write your name in the dust of the stolen furniture?!? Well, let's be nice and just surmise that they were probably never the sharpest tool in the toolbox, LOL...
Good stuff, Spit, hah-hah!

It's like the guy who broke in to a house killed the owner and googled..HOW TO DISPOSE OF A DEAD BODY...he was arrested and convicted in short order.
I like this but the chin hair and mirror was even better lol
God bless.
Ps my interview with the agent went very badly. The info on pitching was no use here because our convention was set up differently. She had my first chapters and critiqued them. She did not like my character said she did nothing! Yikes. Her bio had said she does not like fantasy about dragons. Told me to read more current middle grade books because I was not current
I will get my revenge I will write her into my book as a Witch.
God bless

Is that true about that the killer who googled?
Sorry to hear the interview didn't go well. Considerate a learning experience. Hope you'll followed my next script "The Wannabe Writer" based on truth when Charlie asked me to critique his manuscript. Yeap, I tore it apart. But his friends loved it.

I can't see my dust beneath the cigarette ash, Shari. :-)
At least these 'finger prints' have a nice name for a thief. :-)
Happy Sunday, Ray xx

I can't see my dust beneath the cat hairs. Not funny. But I don't have the heart to evict her.

Some days I don't even turn on the PC until two or three. All those pesky errands that have to done. Housekeeping not included. Thank goodness for my robotic vacuum cleaner.

I think we've all seen plenty of examples of stupid thieves - your poem presents us with another.
Of course it could have been a very clever thief writing someone else's name....
