I have not read the previous chapters, but it is obvious you have a great memory. It is good to write all this down even without children or nieces and nephews to share it with, it is still an interesting history.
I think if you get it all written then when you go back to edit, then you should perhaps stick with a theme for each chapter. Like an Amway chapter would go into more detail about what it was like to make a sale...I am interested in the life and experiences of entrepreneurs and would have liked to have read more about it.
So then another chapter just on your political life. and so on.
I gave it a moderate rating simply because it was a tad bit tedious to me...I prefer fantasy to reality...sorry <3

You are quite the storyteller, Mr. Sankey. Everything from selling Amway to teaching music lessons and political jaunt in between. I did get lost in some of the detail but what a rich, interesting life you have led. Writing is a good tool to relate all your life's adventures.

I think everyone sold Amway in one time or another.
What do you mean the wrong side of the road? In Canada the hydro bill is not the water bill it is the electric bill.lol
Very well written.

Hehe I was just mucking around. Interesting about the Hydro Bill. Yeah the only ones did any good at Amway were those with a heap of Downliners doing something good. Thanks for a great review.

My sister also sold Amway and finally quit for the same reasons. I laughed when you talked about politics in Oz and politics in the US. Yes, we are most definitely backwards! the story about Bradley is very sad. It is nice that you kept in contact with him. Your comment about feeling like you were a babysitter for parents that wanted to drop their kids off so they could go shopping, is very interesting. It is also unfortunate for the talented ones that never got the opportunity to continue with their training.

Thanks for reading this unrewarded. I am trying to get the funny money up for the Revive Ceritifcates. This is the last run before I try and Self Publish. Ihad to give away the teaching for several reasons....Child abuse and so on was on the increase and I worried abvout someone making false accusations against me even though Louise was always close by. ALso being on the pension I worried about tax liability and loss of Pension if I earned too much. Damnit and as I said the child minding thing and parents not willing to get a cheap piano for their budding concert pianists to get a go. It was always a real joy to finally get someone that had promise.

It must have been so fulfilling with a child was able to continue with their training.

Sankey, I do not know what happened to Chapters 8 to 13. Your experience is really so vast which include AMWAY selling, dabbling in politics, giving music lessons to name a few. I know so many who walked into the trap of AMWAY and am sorry to learn that you too had to leave midway climbing on their Pyramid'. Am interested to read next 'They Always Want You in Their Debt'.

A lengthy chapter but that is nice. I think you write mainly about a scam, involving politics. I like the idea and the title.

Everything is perfect with this chapter. I think it was a great opportunity for you to teach children with special challenges. I tried to get music programs introduced to the organization I worked in, I believe music is great therapy but they never wanted to allot any money to it.

Still remember the Movie with Richard Dreyfuss as Mr Holland in Mr Holland's Opus where he was going to retire after the principal and board removed music from the school programmes.
I am left handed and they say we kacky handed (southpaw)folks do tend to music apparently using "the other side of our brains hehe" I ran an add for teaching one time saying ' Use the other side of your brain come for music lessons...I got no replies ha. Thanks for reviewing again.

A wonderful story. I am 51 and have had a leg amputated. It is so sad how people assume the disabled are incapable of something instead of figuring out 'how' to help them do it. You are to be commended for doing so.
This has several unnecessary commas you might want to remove as it does affect the flow.
Take care, my friend~Debbie

When we take on jobs such as teachers or coaches we really do become like part time therapists and also parents too but its still a rewarding experience

Right did I say I felt like I was a Child minding centre some times. The kids often had nothing to practise on from week to week. Thanks for your review. I only just put this up again today as I added a link to Web site I run where I added a MP3 for a song I wrote about the Stores. I tried to add just the MP3 file in the special Advanced options but too big :( hope you heard it.

Geoff,
What an eventful life you have led, friend!
I've been a teacher too - amazing how we get involved in our students' lives, isn't it?
The length of this chapter is perfect - not too long.
Good formatting - very easy on the eye.
You've come a long way, sir - well done!
