This is funny. I especially laughed at the Ivy League schools to which ole Frank attended. Also how you had to mention his predeceased because those he was survived by wanted to remain anonymous. I might have had a few more pallbearers due to the fact he was going to have to be buried along with the concrete slab he was found in to preserve the integrity of his body. But that's just me. No kidding -- this was great. Thanks.

What a flatterer you are ...your poetry and writing is grand and you don't ever have to underestimate it's worth. Being married long ago to an Italian and his family for 23 years, I probably learned a lot of things that I wished I hadn't...LOL
Been talking to Mel (melyuki) on skype...We've become like family. So now when I read your reviews and hers, I read it with an Aussie accent in my head...It makes it so much more personal...Though Mel says I'm the one with the accent.
This is great. Thank you for the marvelous review and for enjoying my humor. Smiles to you, CArol

This is hilarious. I laughed all the way through it. You have done a masterful job delicately and subtly describing Frankie's not so dull life. I think this is a terrific entry for the contest and I sincerely wish you all the best.

I began laughing at the beginning and continued till the end...Still laughing as a matter of fact..
I loved the part about being granted communion because of his donations..
This flowed really well and your captivating words held my interest throughout...

Very well orbituary. I laughed all the way through it. This is very entertainment, insightful, funny, historical and it creates an interesting view of some of the bigger funerals.
Good luck in the contest.

I believe you have created a funny obituary for the contest. I especially liked the ending. It was the fitting final touch to this bereavement exercise.
Well done, Buck

You remind me of one of my favorite books, The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight. Was the coroner's name Luciano? Thanks for a fun read. Ray.
