I don't know how I missed reviewing this one
and I'm glad I caught it tonight. I love these
triolets - they do seem very musical - and
definitely fit your words or vice versa - Nice
thoughts conveyed here. Great picture too.!

An excellent poem in preparation for the season
of the year when people appear to find he truth
in their hearts and most are able to share this

Well, another beautiful and timely poem about peace on earth, as the Christmas season comes close. The artwork is lovely, but your words stand on their own, as a beautiful message, great rhythm and rhyme, and easy to read.
Warmest regards

Hi adewpearl, I figure this is hard stuff to write. However, you did a great job as it flows freely and it is a good read. well done.

"As Carols Sing of Peace on Earth" is a beautifully written and stated triolet. The rhythm and rhyming is perfect from beginning to end. Bravo!

Brooke,
Another very well written piece. No corrections needed, very visual and easy to read.
"As carols sing of peace on Earth
I send my wishes Heavenwards"
Would be nice if " we might realize the worth
found in these pure and Holy words"

This is a very good triolet poem. You've hit your syllable counts spot on, and I like the specific lines you've chosen to be the ones for repetition. They really emphasize the message you are trying to convey. You have a really good rhyme scheme that somehow seems to focus the reader on the birth of Christ and its worth. I would think you could have done well with this poem in the holiday contest. In any case, you've done well with this poem in general and deserve a congratulations on a good work.

Thank you, flygirl - the repeating lines are always the key to the triolet, so I'm glad you think they work :-) I have a different poem in the contest :-) Brooke
