This is a thoughtful poem, Debi, to help soften a death. One of our former bishops at church just passed away about a year ago while on vacation in Hawaii. He was only 66 or 67. I guess if we all lived to age 100 there wouldn't be any real trials of faith. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Crystie, I am so sorry about your bishop too. So young. But you are so right about age. I understand that pain. My two brothers were in their forties and my mom in her fifties, my sister's daughter at 13 and my brother's boy at 18. It is hard to deal with sometimes. So we rely on each other and that is so helpful.

I'm so sorry for Ann's and the whole family's loss. We never know what the next minute brings, but the hurt has to be magnified greatly for the passing on vacation.
