You certainly took a dive off the cliff and let your mind develop a new life of sorts, and your chosen picture matches the words. I'm not very good at deciphering poems, but I believe I got the gist of this one and not only understood but enjoyed it.

Love "the deviant soup" and the unstoppable force of this new creation as it terrorises nature, bursting forth in its new hybrid identity of man and tree - the Manitree. I do not believe I have ever seen a poem whose illustrations so perfectly match the words to a tee. Your words create a mental picture clearly articulated and then to see an illustration that makes perfect representation of what is written is in my mind, perfection. Bravo.

If evolution is to be believed, eventually we may have Manitrees. I love trees and plants and treat them with respect. Your poem makes me think I like that and it is well written in the Acrostic style.
