I love the philosophical musing like these lines
the best

Together

we must lead not follow

today, not tomorrow

If you hesitate

you will demonstrate

only tears of sorrow

By working together

we can reach past the sun

Begin with the expression

each one teach one

This philosophical poem, Each One Teach One, moves the concept of working together for a common cause with a positive attitude and an eye on the future.

While reading this I found myself wanting to reach for a hand of another and follow the shadows that lead me to watch the sunset. Loved the picture with the poem, they help to capture the words that our written to find another, we can conquer all together to see brighter tomorrows. Keep the faith and the words flowing

Holding hands and watching the sunset are two things that follow the teach one, each one philosophy. We offer hope to conquer today to bring a brighter tomorrow. All together now.
    Thanks for your encouraging feedback.

I really dig the ingredients assembled for this stir, not quite feelings it's arrangement: thinking something else perhaps.
Together
we must lead
If we hesitate
we will demonstrate
only tears of sorrow
not tomorrow
by working together
today not follow
with the expression
each one to teach the other
we can reach past the sun
a new beginning together.
Just a feeling: definitely feeling that usage of we rather than you. All views reflected in my given viewpoint prevailing this read.

Thank you for stirring up my ingredients in this poem. I appreciate your viewpoint and I will consider the change at a later time.
This recipe is a filling for teaching each other one person at a time.

I really liked this poem, it sends out a great message to children and adults. If each of us teaches just one person something that makes that person feel better, do better, acheive more, and also shares that knowledge with one other person, what a wonderful world it would be. Very well done, Jesse. Warmest hug, Sandra xx

Yes, Sandra, you have made my point exactly. What a wonderful world it would be if everyone taught each other one person at a time for the betterment of all humankind.
    Thanks for the warmest hug.

I think there is nothing more important than learning positive relationship skills, and that brings about acceptance, respect and unity, which in turn promotes peaace and harmony. Well said in your poem.

I totally agree with your sentiments. If we each make that effort to connect and share what we know - together we can make a difference. Look ahead and not at each other, making excuses or assigning blame. Success comes from taking the initiative.

Thanks, June, for the six stars and marvelous review. You make excellent points. We must not make excuses or place the blame on someone else but rather look ahead and not at each other.
I love your phrase, success comes from taking the initiative.

Isn't it so true when we have a common goal and humbly find our role and work as a team. I applaud how this takes on a serious nature and not just a poem to entertain, but teach.

A common goal is to find our goal and work as a team. Thank you for putting it so succinctly. To teach instead of entertain is how I roll.

Hi Jesse James,

A lovely philosophy, I must commend you. To teach is a calling, to pass on our experiences and wisdom gained from years of hardships, one's accomplishments help the young learn life's universal laws. Maybe they don't want to listen and maybe they can watch by example without words, but it's important either way. No guidance is really hard on posterity.

Love this well written and beautifully presented poem ... love dolphins :-)

All the best,
Senyai
