Hmm, the writing and editing are fine. But the story feels to be stretched. The plot seems to be over, yet things continue... why? I recommend thinking about what is needed and what isn't.

notes:

"You've been here for twenty-five days. I've been with you for twenty days, almost three weeks."

-And this is a problem with "the formula" love in three weeks???

"Sami, I won't let it happen," said Noah as he stood.
"You can't promise that." Sami held out her hand. "We'd better get back to reality."

-Why can't he? Can he not get another job? How does she not understand that?

Noah frowned. "I'm not sure..."

"Noah, there isn't a threat," interrupted Sarah

-Wait. We were just told Sami was going home Thursday. This thread of concern or dialogue doesn't make sense.

Hi Barbara, This is another great chapter and I feel we're soon reaching the end of the story. Now they are soon to be out and away from the protective environment. We'll learn soon enough how that will pan out. A hug. Ulla xcx

It's. No secret that Noah has been enslaved by his commitment to work, in a sense it's been his first love, now something and someone has forcefully, but gently pushed that aside, and now, like one's parents take another role, one's perspective partner can and should be the priority, well done, Barbara, blessings

It really does feel as though Noah and Sami are made for each other and I hope their relationship will continue to be as strong as it has been in this next phase of their lives. Another excellent chapter, Barbara. I really enjoyed reading it.

Fan Story glitched went I sent you your review. So here is another one. Both Noah and Sami worry that they will not survive the "going back to their own lives" jum p. Sami is way more level headed than he is. I don't think he spends a lot of time in the ordinary world. Good work. Karen

There will still be at least one bump in the road for them to get through. I appreciate you leaving this kind review.

I knew you had a more twist up your sleeve. How about A woman preacher who reforms a ne're do well? He is used to getting by on his looks. He loses all his money on the stock market , and is stuck in her little ole town until he learns money. Think on it. Karen

I can't believe they are all separating and moving on. I hope things are going to work out of Noah and Sami. She seems worried about it. Myra seems to be in bad shape, so I'm wondered why Sami can't visit her. I hope she isn't damaged mentally so bad from her ordeal that she'll need years of therapy.

I looks like Sami will be going home soon. I think there's some unfinished business relating to the diary Sami found. I'm sure there's a significant revelation there, and I'm eager to find out what it is. This has been a whirlwind relationship--just 30 days. That's not much time for Noah and Sami to decide they're really meant to be together. I think he's too mature for her, and she needs someone who doesn't have such a stressful career. They'll have a chance to sort out their feelings once she's back home and Noah can finally close the case. Sami says she's worried, so we'll see what that means. Great characterization. I'm glad to see all that wood chopping will pay off with a great kebobs dinner. judi

I love it. Everything is so believable. Things are progressing in much the way I hoped for and expected them to go. I am really pulling for the success of Noah and Sami's relationship. I think they really deserve to have each other in a loving relationship.

Another nice chapter, Barb. It looks like things are going to work out between Noah and Sami. I'm not looking forward to more bumps in the road, but I know you.

I'm afraid sometimes promises and expectations don't come together. If either of them are forced into a situation that they can't see each other, for whatever reason, then there could be misunderstandings. But, we must be on the positive side. It's good that they are winding things down, and Sami can go home. Another good chapter, Barbara. :)) Sandra xx
