Hello Tony,
I had a feeling you might be working on your various books.
I'll be curious to see the final edit of Ponyfish. I thought you had an
excellent beginning with strong characters and a good hook, the mystery of the Ponyfish and Dorrie/Mophead.
I"ll check it out and likely order it today.
Your poem promotion is worth a six all by itself.
Best wishes.

Thanks, Robert. I hope you like the final version. I appreciate the sixth star for my promo! I thought it would get more attention on the poetry side. There seem to be fewer and fewer people engaging with the prose section these days. Best wishes to you both, Tony

I ordered Ponyfish and Dreamer to start.
Your link worked very well.
PS I tried to find the books by entering your name and the title and it didn't work.
One thing that works is use the ISBN number. I give that to anyone who asks about my books.
Best wishes.

Congratulations, Tony, on your recent publishing deal.
This is a clever way to fish for sales on your most recent book, Ponyfish. Describing the plot and its main characters shows us we have much to gain from reading this new book. I have always admired your work and persistence in getting the job done and out there for us to read and review. You are an asset to the Fanstory community.

Your poem and blurb intrigued me enough to buy the Kindle version of The Ponyfish. I wasn't a member when you first presented it on FanStory, so it will be all new for me. I'm looking forward to reading it, Tony.

That's very kind of you, Jim. It is a book that has had a long gestation period, and it has undergone many changes since I first published it on FanStory. I shall be interested in your opinion of the final version. Best wishes, as always, Tony.

I found your book on Amazon but the link didn't work for me. I like your poetry and might have read a chapter or two of your thriller. I'm glad you just published three. I have also published three books, one romance, one book of linked short stories and one book of poetry with my own photos.
Well done.

Sorry to hear that the link didn't work for you, Lisa. I have rechecked, and it seems to be working from this end. The book can also be found with an Amazon search for The Ponyfish by 'Antony Fawcus'.
The inverted commas around my name will prevent Amazon from diverting your search to Anthony Fauci.
I've had a brief look at your latest publication on Amazon. It looks interesting. I've added it to my wish list and hope to get to it before the year's end.

I have several poems about seahorses in my portfolio, they are a theme I am stuck on. Your book sounds so interesting and I will order it. Congrats on all your work.

Congratulations on these publishing successes. I remember all these stories of course. It is a long, tough process, but you got there, and that's what is important. Now I am finishing up the line edit on my first novel, which should be going to design and production soon with Westbow Press. estory

Thanks very much, estory. I appreciate your kind words. I looked into several publishing options and eventually decided to purchase Atticus software ($147 for unlimited books and ebooks). That is a lifetime purchase, giving the current version, plus all future updates. The software converts manuscripts to the correct ebook and paperback format for upload into Kindle Direct Publishing (which costs nothing). Thus, the four books I have so far published have cost me around $40 each to produce, which means I only have to sell about 20 copies of each (using print-on-demand) to break even. I'd be interested in hearing how you get on with Westbow Press. Best of luck with the line editing. I shall look forward to reading the finished result. All good wishes, Tony

Westbow is expensive, but there is more muscle behind the marketing, and a more professional finished product. I'm probably going to lose a lot of money on it, but it is a lifetime dream after all. The book should be out around March. estory

I have Panpipes. I got on Amazon and found it but had to go to the kindle to find it, although it's also in paperback. I placed it in my orders to save until I order something else, so I don't have to pay shipping. LOl Good luck with sales.

Good on you. I have used KDP-Amazon to publish several books of poetry. My first attempts at getting published were with a company called PublishAmerica. After they went out of business, I switched over to KDP and have enjoyed the experience very much. Congratulations on your achievements going forward. Incidentally, I loved the poem.
