I sure do hope it was white and not red. Because if it was red, you might soon be dead. An arrow not aimed at your heart but aimed instead at your head. Such is the nature of halos not white but red.

It can be hard to tell from that distance. But still, nothing ventured, nothing gained. Some devils can be most appealing! I wish you well in the contest.

Wait just a dang minute here! I feel like I'm getting mixed messages here: You SAY halo...and you SHOW a girl with a halo in your picture...but then she's got those red eyes and that mouth that makes me think there's fangs in there. Is his pitter-patter drowing out the sound of Common Sense, I wonder???

Nicely done, Mystery Poet!! xo

I think you did a great job sharing this poem of just fifteen words. I liked your sentiments, and I liked the picture you supplied to accompany the poem. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.

A most interesting short piece, which only disappointed for not having additional words to tell us more. Good luck with your entry. Who gets the credit for the picture?

This is an intriguing entry. How could anyone know what lies beneath the halo? I'm sure as this is a love poem, one would hope she is an angel, however, it all depends on your expectations. It's a good entry to the contest. Good luck.

Remarkable what can be captured in 15 words! But I think you got your message over well. I mean, you'd have to react to that vision in blue, either in fear or adoration:) Good luck! Debbie

Everything dressed in white isn't always pure, they say. By the looks of her eyes, she got that halo at a bargain store. lol But do you care? No, not at the moment as your heart goes pitter patter. Good job!

Well, you have certainly written a love poem in those few words. The picture you found, did that come first, or did you find it after you'd written the poem? Either way, it was a very well done. Good luck in the contest. :) Sandra xx

Found the picture first. Devil or maybe an Angel. Thank you.

I give you credit for writing so much with so little! However, the last line should show more of the dilemma of the title for the poem to make more sense. It did grab my attention. I read it numerous times! Kudos on your bravery!

Want the reader to decide Devil or Angel. Was there a dilemma?
