This is a sweet poem. Happy birthday LJ Butterfly! I liked the start of this poem, "This morning when the sun came out / To rise in multi~colored sky." It really caught my attention.

Oh my, it is so good to see you. Yes, I am actually doing a little bit better, but only because I am taking Advil and it is killing my stomach and my kidneys, but I finally figured out why my arm was hurting so bad. I did not remember this but I had some stacked glass pie plates that fell off a high shelf in the pantry when I was putting something on a lower shelf, and landed on top of my arm by the elbow. I didn't think of it earlier because it only hurt for a few minutes but didn't think it was going to start aching like it has been. But now I am thinking it must have done something to make it so unbearable now.

It was on Tuesday and I did go but I took Advil a couple times and I can't believe how much it helped. And yes,, I mixed it with a glass of champagne, a margarita and an amaretto on the rocks. Brought back memories of old times with these two other couples. And of course one was my Patty playpal. I told them not to make my drinks very strong and yes, that is a lot of drinks for me. Everywhere we went the limo driver first called all the places we were going to and told them to expect us so we had a cheering crowd as we got out, and then he had to open the door for us and even rolled out a red carpet before he opened the door. It really was a special day and we had such a good time.
And I wrote a poem about the wedding vows, fifty years later and put in on a beautiful gold embossed paper and put them on plaques for both couples.

Amazing, as usual. Gorgeous artwork. I love and collect butterflies. I have several tattoos of them that I bet Lorraine would love. Two of them are multi-colored. They were copied from a shirt my oldest granddaughter had as a small child, and represent autism since my oldest son is Autistic. I have a design of small butterflies in different colors, which the same granddaughter picked out, and I didn't realize until it was on my arm that it forms an "S". She did that on purpose as her name is Sarah. I also have a blue butterfly on my left wrist. These aren't my only tatts, but that is all the butterflies.

What happened is I was putting something in the pantry and I must have bumped the shelves that caused the pie plates that someone put up on the top shelf on something slippery. The whole stack of four glass pie plates fell right on the top of my arm and it hurts so bad I finally started taking Advil and I am NEVER supposed to take Advil because it does a number on my kidneys. But that is how bad the pain has been and I am used to a lot of pain.

I don't know what you can take that won't affect your kidneys! Do you use any topical pain relief? Sending hugs and prayers! 🙏💞💖

I use icy hot. That works best for me. Helen, the pain is so bad that I have used heat, ice, massager, tens unit, icy hot and it got bad enough to start taking Advil and my stomach is already hurting from it, so now I have started taking stomach meds again. Last time I was taking Advil, my kidneys flared something fierce and I ended up with twelve small ulcers in my stomach too.
That is some bad stuff but it gets so bad that I can't move my fingers even. Anyway not complaining, just was so stupid that I didn't even see them come down till it was too late.

Oh, Debi! Okay, praying that it won't cause problems to your stomach or your kidneys. Can you drink milk? Something like saltines and milk might cushion the Advil on the stomach. 💖🙏
