I enjoyed your contest entry. The who is old with his glory days behind still as reason to smile. Even though his days of recognition and respect are memories the best part is the beautiful women he loves is still waiting for him. Very nice.

Good morning, Rod! Yes, I suppose in another story that's exactly what I might have written, but in this one my heart was wandering in a different direction. He lost the power, but regardless, the woman he loved stayed through thick and thin. Have a great day!
