Beautifully written. You really captured a magical moment here.

I also learned a new word. Would be a great word for alliteration!

I just wrote a piece called The Edge, although it has a different vibe.

This is a great piece to go to sleep after. Have an awesome night!

I particularly liked your reference to a "rock of time" and the fact that it is "uncomplaining/with the heavy weight of being". This is something we have probably all felt at one time or another, some more than others, and hopefully we have all also felt the relief of a huge weight lifting off our shoulders as well. Thank you so much for sharing this.

I learn so much from you with new styles of poetry. This one strikes me as almost surrealism. It also feels like it is building... From the first stanza being gentle...dancing, willow leaves, clouds float. The second stanza builds with casting a rock, watch it drown, heavy weight, flowing stream and gurgling trout. Then the final stanza bursts forth with flaming passions and rebelling. It's very captivating. Thanks for sharing!

This was like being caught up in a very vivid dream. The sights and actions that hover between realistic and theatrical. I liked the fantasy feel to this. Thank you for sharing. Gretchen

I have never heard of this form before and it is very beautiful. You have written mystical lines that coordinate well with the gorgeous artwork. Your choice of color scheme is very good as well. Smiles, Lily
