Thanks for sharing these stories and histories of these American cartoons, we've had our own Australian character cartoons, which suit the Aussie psychie as well as some of American cartoons, like Nlondie and Zits, beautifully written Brett, blessings Roy

I remember my grandpa reading 'Nancy' to us. It had to be before Mark Lasky was part of it. I have never heard of 'Baby Blues'. I'm not sure how I missed it, but I can't wait to read about it.
