Excellent poem. Great use of triplets and very well handled rhyme to go with it. And, a clever story with a most satisfying end. Reminds me of that film, the title of which I can't remember, so that was pointless to mention! Anyway, good luck in the competition.

Oh my, is there a film along these lines. The female serial killer seems to be a mostly unexplored Manet in Hollywood even though they have existed.

Got it. Promising Young Woman. Brilliant film. Carey Mulligan as a vengeful woman who pretends to be drunk and helpless until some man takes advantage of her and takes her to his place and then she's very suddenly sober. She does it repeatedly to trap predatory men. She was Oscar nominated and the screenplay won the Oscar.
