So funny. I remember telling my oldest grandson (when he was a toddler)not to jump in puddles. He'd nod his head then promptly jump. I remember getting mad until I remembered I used to do it myself as a kid. Next thing I know, we are both laughing and dripping wet. Puddles are the fountain of youth in some respects. Great poem. Gretchen

A perfect senyru making fun of human behavior. I laughed at the satori line. Near rhyme with puddles and butt. A great picture to go with it. Good luck in the contest.

Is the picture (drawn) the same drawn as the word in the poem. :-)
I like haiku, senryu and such but I am not much on their reviews because the CEC expects one-hundred-forty-two characters for an really short submission.
