Thank you for sharing this comfort Haibun for Judy. Judy and I have been friends on FanStory for close to 12 years. I know God is there to comfort her during this time. I am praying for her, their family, and their friends.

We'll, for what it's worth, I count you as a friend on this site. We are a lovely community. It's quite liberating. I have a couple of writer friends I've met in person and we've become firm friends talking ever so often. But I know, that is quite rare. Ulla:)))

Well, a haibun is a Japanese poetry form, which is a piece of prose followed by a haiku.

Oh Ulla, this is a beautiful haibun poem for Judi. I love the words here, they are so tender and comforting. An outstanding entry for the book. She already told me how blessed she is by the outpouring. Now more is coming today.
