these words come from your heart,Debi. I know it is very difficult to write a poem to comfort with out resorting to cliches... here you have managed it very well I hope she would like it.

Words aren't always easy and nor can we imagine how hard it is to be in Judi's shoes, until we have been there too. But, beautiful words and sentiments, such as yours Debi does help to get you through. Knowing you're not alone. Beautifully said.
Cheers
Valda

Very lovely and beautifully written piece. And you are right... giving and receiving love and care and concern does comfort and relieve pain. As long as our heart is in the right place, that is the biggest comfort of all. Very nicely written.

Joanne, as always, you are the sweetest. Thank you so much for these very kind words for my poem and for the awesome six stars. But I thank you too for your very heartfelt words for Judi. Yes, it has to be a hard time for this very courageous and wonderful woman here in this FS family. Thanks again dear friend.

Always the comforter, always the optimist. Anybody would be so fortunate to have you as their FanStory friend and they would be exceedingly wealthy to have you as a real-world friend.

A lovely rendition of sentiment Debi.

Great job.

You sure know how to pop in to a gloomy Friday and wake up the sunshine, make the birds sing and put a smile on this woman's face.
My friend, how are you doing? I am starting to wonder if you just love the surprise element and to see how relieved some of us are to see you that you are still with us.
At least I hope for that, but knowing you, you were either ill again, or needing rest. However it was, I pray for you and I believe many others do as well, and so thankful that it seems to be working!?!
Thanks my awesome friend for this wonderful review and comments for my poem as well as for Judi. It does break my heart that she is going thru this right now. So she is also getting many of our prayers right now.
Thanks again Gary and also for the six stars!

Yes, I do like to surprise. But that is not my only reason for the few and brief visits to FanStory.

I am undoubtedly getting better, much better, but some things still get me so excited and riled up that I have to take it easy. Unfortunately, FanStory is one of those things.
However, I always keep an eye out for a Debi article and try to read them all. I know I miss many, but I am working on it.

Keep moving forward my dear Debi.

You are right. Words Aren't Always Easy, but you always seem to poetically say inspirational and uplifting words that show love and ease pain. I'm glad we have you as a spokesperson for those in our family, like me, who are not poets. Thank you for expressing our condolences. We love Judi, and we love you.

-Nice artwork and presentation, Debi.
-Thanks for adding to the book; I
know judi will appreciate your comforting words.
-You are right that words are not easy to say
in these emotional situations, and you do
want your words to offer comfort.
-Your closing verse is very good, and shows
that we are friends on this site from all
over the world, and we offer our
prayers and support for those who need it.

Thank you so much Pam for your kind words for my poem for Judy. But thanks most of all for being such a thoughtful friend to her to start this book. I just couldn't think of anything being more comforting at a time like this. You are such a special friend to all who are blessed enough to call you that. And I feel so blessed!

You are very welcome, Debi. I had never done a book before, but with people in napowrimo, it wasn't fair to put it on their plates. I am glad it turned out well, and thank you for adding to it.

Hi Debi,
This is a well rhymed and sincere poem of condolence for Judi. It is always hard when you lose a loved one, especially a spouse or child.
This will help her cope to know she has all of us here to sustain her.
Keep writing and stay healthy;
Joan
