Comment from Jannypan (Jan)
You did a great job expressing your thoughts and feelings,
Gudbjorg. The rhymes worked nicely, your message was
strong and clear, and the color scheme and picture were
appropriate. I like how you showed readers reading the
Bible every day is important.
Thanks for sharing, Jan

Dear Jan, Thank you so much for giving me such a thorough review, considering each aspect. I feel sorry for those people who haven't yet discovered the benefits to be gained from reading and applying the Bible in their lives. They miss out on so much! God bless! Guðbjörg

I was writing a poem this morning, (with difficulty, early morning, my wife in slumber beside me) and I marvelled at that wonderful gift of equality with Christ, it's very hard to apprehend, "I no longer call you servants, but friends", and we are co heirs with Christ, equal in service. Beautifully written my friend, blessings Roy

Dear Roy, The work of a creator never runs smooth but, through the struggle, look at the eternal creations that result. Co-heirs with Christ, equal in service--that's quite daunting, to say the least. Thanks for the compliments on the poem. God bless! Guðbjörg

Thank you so much for your encouraging review. Words are wonderful to paint with--but all the more so when applied in a poem about the Lord. Have a wonderful weekend!

-Very nice image and presentation, Gudbjorg.
-A well written poem with a good topic,
effective imagery,and rhyme.
-A good message about trust in verse one.
-Verse two builds on that talking about life
an how it will "sparkle and shine."
-Good questions in the conclusion,
followed by good answers.
-Well done.

I find peace in the Bible, even when my spirit is troubled. Or, perhaps I should say especially then! My grandmom used to tell us to open up the Good Book at random and read whatever passage caught our eye on that page... It's always worked to touch my heart and ease my woe. Blessings on a beautiful poem!

Dear Karenina, This is a beautiful review. It seems your Grandmother's generation knew this key that I, too, learned from an old teacher. It's something important to pass on to the upcoming generation. God bless you! Guðbjörg

An excellent spiritual verse with a great message.
Yes, we have to live our lives right each day, per the teachings of the Bible, in love and peace, that's what He would have wanted.
A beautiful verse that brings consolation to a soul.

Thank you so much for your perceptive comments. No matter how good we try to be, the key is the precepts the Bible espouses and which alone can lead to a fulfilled life.
