Ah, it seems that all your guilty pleasures are edible ones! So much so that you are even prepared to prepare them yourself. I trust that you are not digging your grave with your teeth! (sobering thought). Luckily I have lost enough teeth now that my food consumption is somewhat curtailed. Your recipes do sound delicious though.

Unless you're supposed to be a diet that limits these delightful deserts and dishes, I'm not sure why you should feel guilty unless you are guilty that you're made those of us reading this feel really hungry for something we don't happen to have available. I am not a chef. I like to tinker in the kitchen (as opposed to a cars engine).
My one son is an Executive Chef in St Augustine, Florida.

I haven't eaten breakfast yet, and now I'm starving! Have I said I am on a strict diet as well? I ski down a mountain of salted nuts and fresh fruit. It's hard to feel guilty about that. I enjoyed the fantasy of this one though, albeit fleeting. New York-style Cheesecake! Come back to me someday!!
