I understand what you are saying, but it's hard to forgive or even understand someone who is causing so much death and destruction. It may not be our place to judge, but I think it is part of human nature.

Hello Roy a good day to you, I hope all is well. It's no surprise that your work exhibits your poetic prowess as well as your faith, it always does. I find it very hypocritical when "Christians" judge and point fingers..... what happened to: "judge not lest ye be judged first". too many people say they believe but spend their time cherry picking the bible. Anyway good job as always, have a great day!

Everyone needs salvation and has their own load. I agree here as we are assuming that God is not at work in these countries, My source in the Ukraine says He is at work bringing many to Him and many Jews are returning to Israel.
God channels the heart of the king and presidents too. I remember my own need here and the United States, a nation that stands in great need of our prayers, morally, spiritually, and physically. We are in serious trouble that only a return to God can fix and amend. My prayer is for national repentance and a turnabout to God.
Sending you my best today as always,
Sal XOs...

Your writing is very moving. I know I'm a sinner so far away from God but your faith in God can save plenty of lost souls who needs him. I'm always excited to read your next poem. I hope that I can talk to you soon.

God is well aware of where you are Charity, just keep crying out, you?re half way there, He?ll turn up when you least expect it, read Romans 7 it might help, faith puts us under grace, the law requires perfection, nobody is perfect, being close to God is trusting Him, God will help, thank you Charity, blessings Roy.

Roy, you never fail to amaze me. This maybe your best yet. (that I have read of yours) And me w/o any 6 stars left! However, I am right there with you when it comes to judging. I even boycotted the news on tv, as it's hard to hear my husband's judgmental tone on crime, war, presidents...etc...
I'm certainly not w/o sin where this is concerned, but I try so hard to pray for those who aren't the most desirables in our city. State, country or world. (even family members) I guess that's why one of my most frequent prayers are, for God to keep my heart from getting hard & keep it as innocent as a child! Thank you Roy for this wonderful lesson that we can all learn from! God Bless!

That?s all you can do, even forgiving your husband, I hear Christians forgetting not to judge, God will help, you?re doing the right thing by keeping your heart soft, I wonder how Jesus did hanging on the cross, thanks Debi, you understand, blessings Roy

A lovely, hopeful poem about the power of love, thought, and faith. "The only one who knows the truth unravels all the glue" is a beautiful line. Thank you for another beautiful poem

If only we( speaking personally of course!) had Faith so powerful to enable us to do this - how it could possibly change the world - yet it is what those who call themselves Christians are called upon to do - this is a powerful statement - would that we could achieve this?

This is a well written poem as always. It has a great flow and rhyme scheme.
God says I must not play the judge, and I believe that's true. The only one who knows the truth unravels all the glue.
Remember hope belongs to all, but tongues can steal away, when Jesus says there's power in words, we steal the light from day. Great photo as well.
