This is an absolutely delightful poem--a deeply meaningful one that will make people of all ages smile. In addition to being skillfully and creatively written, it conveys a message about what counts most in daily life--and how we can get so preoccupied with quesions about--say, gravity--that we fail to appreciate what we CAN comprehend!

Ah. I really enjoyed reading this nonsence poem. It reminded me of Edward Lear. Delightful artwork and presentation and very uplifting. Best wishes. Jen.

I loved the message behind this beautifully written, cute poem. A walrus and a starfish though very different can be friends. Just like humans, who are different, can be friends. Just accept each other.

Yvonne,
Absolutely! Why bother your head with all that big stuff when you have all you need? Friendship is a great big deal in this world - a precious and dear friend is so valuable!

'We pigs need wings,' the porker said,
'when strange events come by;
then folk look out and round about
to see the piggies fly.
Like if that guy called Pantygynt
should actually reach
the western shores of USA
and Malibu, that beach.
As every night must follow day
so nearer draws the time
for me to board that Virgin plane
and to the heavens climb.
Please, no more bans on flights aboard.
I'm fully vaccinated;
I'm going with the lat'ral flow
This pig has too long waited.

This is just precious, and I love the handdrawn art. Two friends that are so different getting along. Imagine that? Sending you my best today as always and blessings for the new year,

This is such a cute poem. Is it part of a children's book? It should be. Are you the artist who drew the illustration? I'm wondering how many chapter your book has and if you are still writing it?

Awww, thank you. It is the second part of a little poem I started. I can't think of any more chapters at the time, but maybe. Thank you so much for the encouragement.

This gets to the heart of things. So many of our questions are pointless. The main thing to focus on is interpersonal relationships, the you and I of life.
