I honestly laughed while reading this poem, so thanks for that! It's funny, yet it's true. We sin and deny that there are repercussions, that is until they come knocking at our door to haunt us. Lovely poem!

I do remember Patrick, he was amusing back then and this one is just as amusing. I loved reading it and thought it was very entertaining. The rhyming in this one is so skilful, Giddy

Loved the last one and laughed even harder at this one! Oh, poor Patrick! God's got HIS number! His wife sleeping with his brother? I nearly spit out my tea! Six Stars. A shameless bribe which I hope entices you to
write a whole series of Patrick McKee tales!
Just terrific!

There is not one single stanza that did not have me laughing. Even so, the 3rd, 6th and last stanzas had me laughing the hardest. Poor Patrick McKee; not the saint he thought he was.
This is darn good!

This is very cleverly written and serves to remind us that we should mind our Ps and Qs when it comes to managing our lives and affairs. I can accept it as humor, but my faith tells me Patrick would be forgiven if he repented.

That was hilarious! I don't think he'll be getting through those golden gates, somehow! LOL. I thought this was so well thought out, definitely not read anything like this before. I really enjoyed this poem, well done. Sandra xxx

This is brilliantly written Paul, in Australia we'd call this a Bush ballad, and would do really well at the local country music festival, and because it's brilliantly rhythmic and so clever, it would be easy to put to music, coincidently in my past I was a songwriter, beautifully written my friend, excellent job, blessings Roy
