Thank you for introducing this form to me, Roy. It is a strong one and you have written it very well. This verse really stands out:

I found a ray
on one fine day,
as I drove home along the way,
I felt such love, I said, "please stay."
God shone a ray on one fine day.

After all the struggle and questions, the outcome is glorious.

I loved your unusual poem for several reasons, Roy. I like the form, even though it is the first time I've ever encountered it, and I like the theme of the poem, which of course is a true story about the author. This is a very melodic poem and could easily become a song I think. Have you tried setting it to music? It is really quite nice in so many ways. Thanks for the introduction to something new. MM
