A beautiful poem indeed - your thoughts and reveries are such that we are with you, observing as you are observing, thinking as you think, appreciating along with you, the beauty of creation. The realization of what love is, and its eternal nature, moves it to a new spiritual level.
In terms of practical components, the alliteration works well here, sufficient, varied, and not over-used - a subtle enhancement. Well done.

This is a beautiful poem about the writers connection of experiences and the natural world. This descriptive narrative is what memories are made of, I love your recollections. Best of luck in the contest. :)

You moved my heart and I felt I was there. There nothing in this whole wide world that can take the place of the taste of love. When you love and get it back you can be so happy. Take it away and you miss it beyond words. I am happy you shared such a nice poem and the feeling I got from it. Good luck and keep writing. I find when a man writes a poem it comes from the heart because they aren't ones who express very well. Thanks again.

This poem follows the contest requirements
It is well crafted and structured by skilfully choice of words
It is attractively presented with color and color
The Creator made a perfect home, a Paradise for humans. Humans have ruined it. Soon God will restore everything and humans to perfection here on earth. It is his purpose. The author intuitively acclaims this, by love of nature.
The Bible endorses this thought at Romans 1:19,20; 1John 4:19

JLR - I like the way the poem transitions from pure description, with lots of poetic imagery, to the personal feelings that the scene engenders, finally and inevitable evolving into the most important of feelings: pure unadulterated love. Thanks for the sentiments and great depiction of natural wonders.

I am there, seeing and feeling all he poet is writing about. He lulls me into a trance, then surprises me by telling me he is experiencing this through aged eyes - very effective.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of work. I've been away from reading and writing for a bit - life has a way of taking over sometimes, you know. But this piece just drew me in with the message that it conveys. I am so glad you posted this. You have such a gift! Take care.

Gracie619, it pleases me that my poem was one among the many you read and find pleasure in, for I too have been writing very little as life has kept me away from my pen. Be well! 🙏🙏🙏
