This haiku is wonderful, with a plethora of alliterative "b" sounds galore! You've done an excellent job of making this poem irresistible to read aloud, what with its musical 'lyrics' to a tune, the reader can hear in their head as they read aloud this piece.
Thank you for sharing...you certainly know your haikus and their applications.
Have a lovely rest of your week,
Jesse

You are welcome, Gypsy. Did I do something to offend you in some way? I notice no more Gypsy hugs are offered. I kind of miss that from you.
Have a wonderful day,
Jesse

Oh, no, not at all. I have colitis from eating sushi. I am in a lot of pain. You are always kind to me and I appreciate it.

I'm so sorry, Gypsy...I hope it is temporary?!
It feels nice to have Gypsy hugs again!
Take it easy,
Jesse

In classic haiku we don't use alliteration, but this is a contemporary haiku.
Thank you very much for your exceptional review, six stars, and kind words... Kym.

Gypsy,
This is an excellent poem of Haiku that you write. The image is beautiful, and it complements your poem nicely. I like the phrase flower moon, and the images your poem conveys.
Thank you for introducing the reader to this unusual, eloquent type of Haiku.

Lovely poem describing the moon as a flower resting on the baugh of cherry blossoms. The baughs seem to dance as they bounce. Great job on describing beauty.

Loved this beautiful poem and picture. Thanks for reminding me that May's full moon is the flower moon. I like the B-alliteration and in reading the words, I almost sense a feeling of a bouncing ball.

How are you feeling today, Gypsy? 💖

I can't remember if I told you, I went to ER and the good news I didn't break any bones. Bad news, they found out I have colitis...an infection in my colon. It's very painful.
-
Oh, the colitis - probably got worse with the stress of the accident. Yes, you told me about the ER and I've been praying! Thanking the Lord for answering. Now we have to pray for His healing the colitis! 💖🙏
