This is beautifully written and as I read it, I find it really hits home. We leave our ghostly fears and chains behind when Christ calls us to Him. I really enjoyed reading your work.

This is a perfect testimony of how God forgives our sins and gives us a clean slate. It has good rhyme, flow and good selection of words to make it an easy read. Good luck in the contest.

Very smartly written, Roy. Those pesky misdeeds and indiscretions do have an attitude that lends a saunter to their waltz through the dark corners of the mind.
I'm glad to learn they've been dispatched post haste and are not welcome back.

Excellent meter in you 8-6-8-6 stanzas. Excellent abab end rhyming in your quatrains. I have been away for four months and can I say I see a wonderful improvement in your form. I've always loved the thoughts and themes you share, but you are even better at expressing it.
