This is cool. The tone of the poem makes even the reader happy. It describes a joyous and fulfilled life as the persona basks in the glow of love and the beauty all around. very well done

This is very happy and appreciative poetry. I like the
way that the words are arranged on the page. It guides
the eye, challenges the mind, and warms the heart.
Thank You for your creation.

A profound poem about enjoying the moment and forget about the stress of everyday. Really great write!
Just one note: you have some formatting trouble here - there are some question marks in all wrong places

Hi Sharyn your poem makes me happy! It is such a joyous celebration of life you have created with your delightful words,(just wonder what's in the water with "glowing spotted cows,LOL). The visual effect is also beautiful. Technically, it appears that you are a master of internal rhyme, alliteration and assonance, and enjoy using these tools. Warm wishes, Peter

oh you do make me laugh Peter - the water drops from the RAINBOW descend on to my skin and on to t he "glowing spotted cows' dear - you know, the way the sun illuminates cows in a meadow during a sunshower? Bless you for your magic six on this one - and yes - I love internal rhyme/alliteration/assonance etc - I always write to perform a piece aloud - loved Gerard Manley Hopkins as a kid. Glad to share some "happy" with this one - and I and my glowing cows thank you so much for your lovely six on this one! :)Sharyn

Most welcome Sharyn, just wondering if the cows were spotted before the shower, and were there any mushrooms in the meadow?

O.K., forgive the cliche--Life is what you make it. By the end of this poem, the reader is filled with a sense of the wonderment of life and God's beautiful creation. The ending line is perfect!

Bless you, Beth - this actually wasn't for the contest as I didn't feel like writing rhymes - but I liked the prompt. Thanks so much!

It makes me happy to read what makes you happy. For me, it is the little things, a pleasant memory, a greeting, a new blossom on my flower bushes. I enjoyed the read and thank you for sharing. I like the way you write your thoughts and feelings. Your friend, Bob
