Do you believe we never studied much of Whitman in school mp? "American poets" were dismissed as "modern" - ugh - only English poetry for us! But I guess it's the reverse in America (I've noticed - I have a 16 year old in school here!) :)Sharyn

Lets bask in our perfection. We have all of nature and the universe with which to relate, to share in. Are we not God's guardians of this world. Do I sense something of the dramatic amidst your lyricism. Drama and the lyrical make fine partners. -Ekim777

This poem reads beautifully with its great upbeat mood, use of language, and lovely poetic tones. An excellent expression of " life is what you make it" comes wonderfully across in the humour. I love your concept of God as described by:
"finding him, or Her, hidden"
