Really, I had no idea squirrels buried their nuts and food for the winter. I've always assumed they just ate them or kept them in a hole inside of a tree. I guess too many Disney cartoons warped my little mind.

Problem for the squirrel, however, is that most homeowners remove their pots from their patios in the winter. Thanks for the read, review and comments.

My wife complains bitterly about how the squirrels will dig into her potted plants to bury their nuts. Easy to see where this scoundrel chose to bury his. Rod
