Aww, that's so beautifully said, it sounds like magic. Also, I love the happy tone that I feel radiating from this poem. All in all, I really enjoyed reading this wonderful poem.

This is cute, as if the words almost sing a song. They sing a song of beauty. These poems are fun, I like coming up with all sorts of words that start with the same letter, It will be nice to hit spring and listen to the birds again.

Congratulations on your finch's second place finish, Yvette!
It looks like you might deserve additional credit as the finch photographer.
:o)

What a lovely, cheerful poem you have shared with us! You make it seem so easy to write in rhyme and alliteration ... your stanzas flow evenly and prettily. Thank you so much for sharing this! You have a definite style.

Hello Author, This is a sweet little poem about Finches, lively little things that light up our days. I'm not sure that the Pleiades form wants you to use the same first-word several times. I don't think there's any rule about not doing it, I just think that it's more of an exercise in creativity to use different words that begin with that letter.
It is a really sweet poem though, just the way it is. :)

I loved the whole layout and rhythm of this poem. I don't believe I've ever seen a finch where I'm from, but your poem pleasantly got me acquainted with them!

Yes, we get some of the finches here - it's at least a change from our constant nuthatches and chickadees - all of which we also enjoy. A few times we get crossed beaks - boy are they cranky.
Well done for this poem form.

This is a sweet poem describing these wonderful creatures. I love when I see finches outside in the woods behind my house. We get the yellow ones and grey and black ones in the winter. Watching finches and cardinals on a dreary winter day always puts a smile on my face. Great poem with great rhymes!

They do bring cheer with them with their antics and chants! Spring would not be the same without their joyful presence. Feathery friends add so much to our lives. Thanks for highlighting them.
