Very true. I have known times when the story is a curse. When it is a punishment, it seems. Then there are other times where the rain falling down is calming and uplifting.

Your 11 syllable poem entry explores the possibility of nature's disregard for humans. Nature just does what it will and gives no thought to us. It comes and it goes without interest. Best wishes in the contest.
