This is an exceptional acrostic poem. I was drawn in immediately by the artwork (the sunbeams coming through the flower) and the soothing and peaceful background color you chose, complimenting the artwork.
What a cozy, peaceful and delightful scene you created through your words. (Love the rhyme.) Because you are doing Yoga now, I found this poem interesting and could picture you looking at the small boy as you were doing your poses.
Because yoga brings clarity of mind, I was impressed with the way you brought the child's pose and grace, as a sleeping form, into the picture. In seeing this image, it brought you enlightenment, suddenly realizing 'sometimes we find clarity, sleeping on sun beams.' That was creatively beautiful.
A perfect acrostic and a most wonderful contest entry, my friend!

Thanks for the encouraging review. I had the idea in my head as a haiku, but it came out as an acrostic. I am loving the yoga and ready to add a few more moves. It has been a long winter and looking forward to moving outside with all my cat/cow antics. Wishing you a warm and peaceful weekend. Cheers, j

a very beautiful flower, what is it call? a lighthearted and pretty good poem written in an easy to understand words. this poem has detail imaginary. It is a pretty good poem overall

I enjoyed this read, Judester. It was really a great write on its own, the acrostic part was a bonus. A lot of acrostics seem forced but this one was very smooth. Great job.
