Hahaha. Quite a unique and clever one here my friend. Someone needs to take him to the dog pound I think, but then again the other poor residents have enough to worry about already!

A bit of political commentary. That does liven things up a bit. Personally, I don't think that Trump is Putin's poodle. I think he got somewhat a bad rap in the press, and I can't see him being led around by Putin. For now, I'll think he was just trying to make nice with the Russian. Clever poodle puppy references. "Pick of the litter" maybe a reference to his being the choice of voters, though I don't know why. judi

I could say a bunch on this topic, but will hold it to a thousand words. The Republican party's candidates in 2016 had zero chance of beating Crooked Hillary. Donald Trump filled the void of 'non-politician' and 'Washington outsider', and the Republican field allowed him to call them names while they remained themselves, Do-nothings. He easily enlivened the white folk out here that are afraid that black, Hispanic, and Middle eastern influences are going to supplant the white majority, driving the whole country to the back of the parade.
Donald Trump has done his best to alienate the U.S. from our foreign allies, allowing China and Russia to take our place in the outside world. He, and the Republican Congress have halted climate change strategies, and even gone back to poisoning the Earth, by turning back all policies scheduled to save us from ourselves. China and other third world nations have signed on for battling climate change; the US is the only one with its head in the sand (or up our poop chutes).
Obama, Clinton, or even Bush would have been drawn and quartered by now if it had been suggested that they did half the things Trump has done, or been accused of being an accomplice.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if more of the Congress isn't aware or involved in giving the United States away to our competitors. Perhaps, in 2021, when Trump Towers begin appearing in Moscow, Pyongyang, and Beijing some will ask a question.
Trump is Russia's best friend.
What people don't put together is how Congress (majority Republican) endorses Trump because people seem to favor his white power agenda. If the KKK were to regain the national power they had in the 1950s, supported by a Congress that says, "Well, that's what the Republican voters want." then all bets are off and the civil war begins. I'm sure Russia would have to blink back tears.
I want to like Trump, thinking that maybe some of our better Presidents, having to make tough decisions, although now revered, were once reviled.

I don't think Trump is motivated by bad intentions for the country. He just doesn't know how to act like a president, and he's destroying the party in the process. Hillary was no prize, or she would have won, but I can see the Republicans losing both the House and the Senate in the midterms. Then he'll really be crazy. Too late to write my 1000 words tonight. judi

When you consider how many live the German Nazis took during the holocaust or how many American death they caused during WWII, how a sitting American president could say that they are fine people is unthinkable. That they are allowed to walk around spreading their filth should be unbearable. I am willing to bet you that there re no Nazis boldly walking around Russia. Number 45 brings shame to the nation and himself.

OK Bill. I am confused. Maybe I am just dense. Pick of the litter is what confused me. Is his poodle a puppy? I had to laugh about the dog peeing and saying it was raining. Only Putin's dog could talk. Thank you for sharing

Oh my goodness. I didn't know you were into that extreme a political commentator! I am frustrated with what the president has said and done but I don't think he's quite the puppet or poodle of Putin.
