Yes, her breath is cold as ice and invites the warmth of a nice, hot log on fire! Hot cocoa and a cozy blanket, too, I might add. You've captured the soul of winter well here in this short write. It's presented beautifully with nice form and image was great also. I wish you the best of luck in the contest.

This is really beautiful; a lovely glimmer into winter. It's a good use of the haiku and goes really wonderfully with the image you selected as well. Very wintry, well done.

Have to give a five due to "Winter's Breatn." I figured that isn't what you meant -- but, hey, keep an eye out! And, how about "crackling inspiration" or just plain "inspiration" instead of "log fires?"

I like this. In your short verse you convey the essence of personification by using breath. And that is what it is...windy, cold stirring breath. Well done and good luck.
