This is a good 353 contest entry, YM. I like how lines 1 & 3 have a common root word. You are right. No two are alike. Your picture is a nice pairing with your well-chosen words. Good job with the syllable count per line. Best wishes. Jan

This poem makes a very important point. It's difficult to express things in such a limited format, but I think you did a great job doing just that. Well written. I also think you made a wonderful choice of photo.

I think that I just read the winner. I even have a guess as to who wrote this. It is an exceptional entry. The words are perfect. The display is perfect. I wish that I had done it. It really is good.
If you don't win, it will be a shame. I have one left to check out, but I cannot imagine it being superior to this. Your entry is what these contests are all about. You did not need one more syllable to get your point across.
