I found a couple of typos: At the beginning, when you describe your characters you used ; instead of : Larry; He ain't lyin' (this was the end of the sentence, but there is no period.

I like your tribute to the greatest boxer ever. Your script is very real and is just the kind of banter that goes on between sport rivals. When I began to read this I had no idea who would come out on top, so you definitely had the suspense element there.
I could by your description imagine the scene as the story unfolded. Well done, I enjoyed that.
